As an admin I'd like to have notification sent to forum when I remove branch/section/component so that JCommune can re-index its database
Acceptance criteria (this should be tested when JCommune implements functionality from their side as well):
- If branch is removed, search engine shouldn't show results with topics from that branch
- The amount of posts of user should be changed because his posts and topics were removed
- If a URL to the forum is not specified in the component's configuration, an error should appear and nothing should be removed from DB
- Same if a wrong URL that leads to nothing was specified.
- If JCommune cleans its content, but Poulpe has troubles in removing branch/section/component (e.g. DB is not available), we'll wind up with content being wiped out, but branches are left. This is an expected behavior.
