Abillity to add several identical components to Components of admin panel

Precondition: Article component isn't added to components.

1. Open the components page in the components of admin panel
2. Click button Add component(If button is disable, see precondition)
3. Fill all required fields and select type Article. (Don't click Save)
4. Run new browser window, and open components page
5. Click button Add component
6. Fill all required fields(data should be different than filled on 3 step) and select type Article.
7. Click Save in first browser window
8. Click Save in second browser window

Result: We have 2 same Article components.
Expected that it is impossible to create several components with the same type.
