As an Admin I'd like to see the version and configuration of the app on its pages so that I can figure out what environment its running
Acceptance Criteria
- Text "Admin Panel" in the left top corner should become a link or a button that opens a page with the info.
- After clicking on it (and by default when admin panel is opened) user should see such info:
- Date of last deployment
- Application version (look at how JCommune implemented this)
- DB Name and DB User used to connect to MySQL
- IP of the server
