Showing version and environment

As an Admin I'd like to see the version and configuration of the app on its pages so that I can figure out what environment its running

Acceptance Criteria

• Text "Admin Panel" in the left top corner should become a link or a button that opens a page with the info.
• After clicking on it (and by default when admin panel is opened) user should see such info:
  • Date of last deployment
  • Application version (look at how JCommune implemented this)
  • DB Name and DB User used to connect to MySQL
  • IP of the server
