As a developer I'd like to have experimental pages so that they are not seen on prod and uat, but can be tested in dev env

Test Scenario
Steps
1. Go to Poulpe - Components - Components
2. Right click on "Admin Panel" and select "Configure"
3. Check checkbox "Enable Experimental Features", press "Save"
Actual result
"Experimental Features" item appears in left column of Poulpe with subitem "JCommune Mock Settings". On "JCommune Mock Settings" page appears checkbox "JCommune is available"
