      Description

      Pre-conditions:

      1. Sign in with a user;
      2. Get the branch with CREATE_QUESTIONS, CREATE_POSTS permission for user1;
      3. Set the DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS permission for user2;
      4. Create new Q/A topic in that branch by user1;
      5. Leave the answer in this topic by user1;
      6. Sign in with user2.
