      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open forum main page (for ex http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune)
      2. Login as a user "кококо"
      3. Select User -> Profile -> Contact -> Telephone
      4. Enter "парапраорал"
      5. Press "Save changes"

      Actual result: Changes saved
      Expected result: User can't save the changes, this field is numeric. The system shows warning.
