Now it is possible in BB editor to Insert link filled with only space symbols

      Description

      1. Login to Forum
      2. Go to Messages in top menu
      3. Press Compose
      4. Press "Insert link" in BBeditor
      5. Fill out "URL link" field with space symbols
      6. Press OK

      Actual result: Url is created
      Expected result: error that url can`t be blank
