      Description

      Cancel button in Insert link window doesn't work.

      How to reproduce #1:

      1. Login forum and create a new PM. Fill fields To and Subject with valid info.
      2. Click Insert Link button.
      3. Fill all fields with valid info.
      4. Press Cancel button.

      AR: Insert link window closes and a new link insert in the text of message.
      ER: Insert link window closes, but a new link doesn't create.

      How to reproduce #2:

      1. Login forum and create a new PM. Fill fields To and Subject with valid info.
      2. Click Insert Link button and leave all fields blank.
      3. Press Cancel button.

      AR: Insert link window doesn't close (see attach.).
      ER: Insert link window close.
