Jquery impromptu dialog buttons localisation.

      Description

      Now all impromptu button label (Ok, Cancel) are not translated. To see it please run search for '$.prompt(' string in web module.

            Why do you put the same actions for both the buttons?

            QA just created sereral tickets for broken cancel buttons on dialogs, I'd bet similar actions set are the root cause of the problem
