"Click to view profile" tooltip is shown on a wrong place in Moderators list

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. On the Main Forum page choose a branch, where Moderators list contains a long User name, starting on one line and continuing on the next line (f.ex. User "Masha Nisse" on a Screenshot 1)
      2. Move the cursor to this User name

      Actual Result: the "Click to view profile" tooltip is shown on the center of the screen (please, see Screenshot 2)
      Expected Result: the "Click to view profile" tooltip is to be shown over the User name pointed by the cursor

      This behavior happens with Russian, English and Ukranian languages

            Changes has been deployed on uat,so there is no sense to try to reproduce here

            My mistake,I thought that issue is in review. Perhaps issue has been fixed with related issue.
