      Description

      Preconditions
      User must have "Delete comment" permissions

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Sing in
      2. Create CR
      3. Post comment in CR
      4. Press "Delete comment"
      5. Press [Tab]

      Actual result: Focus is moved from "OK" button to Url bar
      Expect result: Focus is moved from "OK" button to "Cancel" button
